(Or: Iwan Lewis as Bahorel and Jamie Muscato as Unamed Student in More Scenes than Iwan Lewis and Works Just as Well for Bahorel Okay)

I want to preface this with a note: these are not the best quality but that's because it is really freaking hard to get decent caps of Iwan Lewis where his face isn't blocked by a freaking candle. Jamie Muscato wasn't much easier to get. If this movie loved close ups a little less, we'd have a few more to pick from but nooooo. They're not fancy, and if someone thinks they can do better I invite them to do so and will in fact offer my caps to them, since all I did was cap what I could and did some stuff in GIMP. (If anyone can get better images from the featurette, I highly suggest getting some caps from that. VLC had these funny lines on the video at some points so I had to work around that when I was capping it.)

Now, on to the icons!

12 Iwan Lewis (movie +  )

fae_of_the_rose: (Shit is Happening!)
So, some people still don't know that this is a Thing you can do in Gmail! I have set out to remedy this.

-One saucepan for cooking
-Wax paper-lined pan (pie pan, square glass pan, doesn't matter. Wax paper is optional, but better for clean up)
-At least three cups (approx. 750 mL) of chocolate chips. Or white chocolate. Or butterscotch (tastes like peanut butter). Or a mix of any chips you want. I once had to make it with two and a half cups of chocolate and half a cup of cinnamon chips. I don't suggest pure cinnamon, though. Talk about too rich.
-14 oz. sweetened condensed milk (a standard can's worth)
-Dash of salt
-EITHER 1.5 teaspoons (7.5 mL) vanilla extract OR 3/4 teaspoon (I think that's 3.75 mL) pure vanilla. Or you can do what I did on accident and add in 1.5 tspns of the pure stuff. Apparently it still tastes good!
-Nuts, if you want. I've never made it with nuts, though.
-You could probably add in other flavors, like berries or orange, but I've never done it. I suggest sticking to the chips.

Melt the chips, milk, and salt together in the saucepan. How long it takes depends on your stove, just remember to keep stirring, or the chips will burn on the bottom of the pan, unless you're, like, using a double boiler or whatever that thing's called. When it's all melted, add in the vanilla, and stir. Pour the whole mix into the other pan, stick it in the fridge for about two hours or until firm (I suggest letting it sit overnight), remove from fridge, cut it up, serve, and enjoy! This makes roughly two pounds.

Fae is not responsible for any overdoses of chocolate.

(The base recipe is actually one my mom found on the back of a can of Sweet. Con. Milk that's been modified for our needs)

Reposted from my old LJ for my sake.

So, as a RPer, I'm going through the joys of moving games/museboxes/memes over to Dreamwidth. And when I got my musebox set up, I noticed that the 'turn custom comments' option wasn't with the 'customize journal style' stuff like it is on LJ. I finally found it, but now a lot of people I RP with are complaining about not being able to find the option to turn it off (along with inbox notifs but nothing to do there XD). So I thought I'd put up a little guide for people who can't find it!

Warning: Pictures Below )

I also have direct links, for people who can't load four images at once:

One: Here

Two: There

Three: And

Four: Everywhere

The little box in the final picture should be marked when you get to that page. Click the little box to turn the option off. This will turn custom comment pages off!

Also, if the red's annoying, scroll down past the little clicky box and you'll find some display options for the site scheme. The purple is rather nice, though I'm having trouble getting it to stay after I shut my laptop down.
